The lapwing is a medium-sized bird, characterized by having a long, thin, downward-curved beak and a long, orange crest with black tips. It has a head, neck and chest in shades of orange or salmon, and its wings and tail are striped in black and white.
The Lapwing was designed to be hung from the ceiling.
The kit contains 5 sheets of dyed pulp art paper, with 50% cotton content and light resistant, an educational sheet explaining the main features of the Lapwing and a set of assembly instructions. The pieces are pre-cut and marked for easy folding and assembly. The materials come packaged in a resistant and attractive folder. White craft glue is needed to glue the various pieces of the figure together.
